The boxing federations of Croatia and Macedonia also submitted an application for hosting the tournament, but the European Boxing Confederation gave preference to Armenia. EUBC also informed about the venues for the European Championships of other age groups, which will take place in 2023. The European Senior Championships will take place in Romania in July, and the Junior Championships in Slovenia in August. The European Under-22 Championship will be held in Azerbaijan in October-November, and the 2024 European Senior Championship will be hosted by Serbia in March next year.<br></p> |
